Shipping Policy

The following points outline the required contact information to ship your package, as well as when we will email the tracking number and how long the delivery will take.  The unabridged Shipping Policy is found in our Terms and Conditions.

 

•  A contact telephone number is required by the shipping company to notify the recipient otherwise they will not deliver the package without one.

•  A tracking number will be emailed within 2 business days after an order is placed.  (Regional holidays may delay the process.)

•  Completion of delivery from the time of purchase is 3 to 7 business days later. (Regional holidays and/or Customs may delay the process.)


Note: Although DHL Express cannot deliver to PO, APO, or FPO box address you may request the shipment to be held for pickup.  The receiver will then be able to pick up the shipment at the local DHL Express station.
