SNAP Skateboard Co., Ltd. prides itself on providing quality products and a high standard of service to its customers. All orders and purchases made through this store are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.
Payment security
Credit card payments are secured using 128-bit SSL encryption. This ensures all credit card details you send to us, directly or indirectly via the internet will be encrypted. If any other user intercepts the communication, they will only be able to view the encrypted form. This makes it impossible to be intercepted by an unauthorised party as long as your browser supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.

SNAP Skateboard Co., Ltd. is committed to complying with legislation governing privacy of personal information by businesses. SNAP Skateboard Co., Ltd. has relevant security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal information under our control. Any personal information you provide will be stored and managed by SNAP Skateboard Co., Ltd. and will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to any third party mailing lists.
Shipping and handling
All orders are despatched as soon as possible, subject to availability. Any shipping charges are a guide only, and are subject to change at the discretion of the nominated courier or shipping company. Shipping companies assess charges for parcels according to their actual or cubic weight equivalent, whichever is greater. Weights are rounded up to the nearest unit of measurement in all calculations. Dimension restrictions apply to all parcels, including maximum length and girth.
If products are not available at time of order you will be notified via email and given the option of back ordering or having the amount charged to your credit card refunded. Standard domestic and international shipping and handling fees may apply. Shipping charges may be determined by packing size, weight, and delivery location. Standard domestic and international tariff may apply.
Payment
Payment by VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and PayPal via a nominated online payment gateway only.
Replacement
Every care is taken to ensure your products are despatched in perfect condition. Please contact info@snapskateboard.com within 48 hours of receiving goods which are damaged or faulty. Defective items will be replaced. Include photos with an explanation of the problem in order for us to assist you right away. SNAP Skateboard Co., Ltd. will not process refunds or replacements for incorrect purchase or change of mind. All sales are final on any manufacturer refurbished item not deemed functionally defective.

You must wear proper safety equipment at all times, including: helmet, elbow & knee pads, and wrist braces. Skateboarding and longboarding, even when done well, can be a dangerous activity therefore you need to be careful at all times. Skate safely and smartly, and get immediate proper treatment for any injuries.
Waiver of liability and indemnity
By purchasing any item from SNAP Skateboard Co., Ltd., the buyer warrants that he/she is in compliance with his/her local laws, state laws, provincial laws, and federal laws and is legally able to purchase and possess these items. SNAP Skateboard Co., Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any non-compliance with any of these laws whatsoever.
